First, you will need some white rice that has been cooked according to the directions. Then, in a skillet heat about two tablespoons of oil. Toss in some mixed vegetables and once they are tender, move them to one side of the skillet. Scramble two eggs in the other side of the skillet. (You might need to add a little more oil for this.) Then, mix in the cooked rice and add soy sauce to taste.
