How to Fry Chicken?

Soak the chicken in buttermilk overnight. When ready to fry, mix together 2 cups of flour, 1 tablespoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper the chicken and roll in the flour mixture and fry in hot oil about 20 to 25 minutes or until the juices run clean when you stick a fork in the thickest part of the chicken.
