How to Eat Properly?

In addition to eating a healthy meals, when you do eat, you want to eat your food properly. To eat properly, we need to return to the old rituals. What I mean by that is: in the past, eating a meal was not something we did on the fly, in front of the TV or even alone. So, when you do eat: Return to the dining table, eat slowly by concentrating on each mouthful, and eat with someone else. Also, remember to use good table etiquette that your mother taught you by using your knife and fork and not putting too much food in your mouth at one time.
