You can dry cranberries in your own oven. Start with a 12 oz. bag of cranberries and place in a saucepan on your stove covered with 1 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of water. Simmer until the berries pop or about 10 minutes. Press them down with the back of your spoon to flatten them. You then layer them in a sheet pan and bake in the oven at 150′ for 6 to 8 hours.
