Hmmm, I think of squash chips instantly. One way to cook a yellow squash is to make chips. Wash and cut the squash into slices, add salt and let them stand for a while. In a container mix some all purpose flour a pinch of salt and some pepper add the chips and shake them well so all the chips are coated. Heat oil in the deep fryer and fry them till golden brown, serve with a hot chutney!
