Ribs can be cooked in a crockpot by first cutting four pounds of country-style pork rib into pieces and placing them into your pot. Pour a mixture of one cup BBQ sauce and one cup Catalina dressing over the ribs.Then sprinkle two tablespoons of minced garlic over the mixture. Cook on low for 6 hours. To create a great sauce to go with them, remove ribs when finished, spoon off the fat from drippings, and place in a sauce pan. Take 1/4 cup water and mix with two tablespoons of flour. Add to sauce and cook, and stir, until tickens. Serve with ribs and enjoy.
