How to Cook Pork Roast?

Pork roasts should be baked in an oven with the temperature 350 degrees. Season the meat with salt, pepper and sage. Stick pieces of garlic in the meat if you choose to. Cook the meat in a roast pan about 25 minutes for each pound of meat until tender and browned. Watch carefully because meat should not be overcooked because it may dry it out, and it absolutely cannot be undercooked for health reasons.
