How to Cook Fennel?

Let’s do grilled fennel! Grilling it will give it a nice smoky, sweet flavor. Slice your fennel into 1/2 inch rounds. Now, brush the slices with olive oil and put it on a hot grill (or a griddle will do just fine, too). Grill the slices on each side for about five minutes, or until deep golden brown ridges begin to show.
