How to Cook Collard Greens?

We need a bunch of greens, 1 tbsp oil, 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped clove of garlic and salt to taste. Clean the greens and chop them. In a pan add oil, onions and garlic and saute till onion is pink. Add the greens and add salt. Let it cook for 10 minutes stirring it a few times. I add a tin of chickpeas (drained) to the greens and top it with some fresh green chilies!
