How to Cook a Fresh Ham?

To cook a fresh ham, place it on a roasting pan and pour about 1/2 cup of water into the bottom of the pan. Cover the ham tightly with aluminum foil and bake in a 325 degree oven for 2-4 hours depending upon the size of the ham. About 30 minutes before the ham is done you can glaze it with brown sugar and pineapple, then continue baking.
