To control your temper remember that anger will not get you want you want, in fact it will push people away. Anger causes problems, it doesn’t fix them. Take a deep breath when you feel it coming on. Take many. Slow down. Think about the result you need and how you can get it. Walk away if you need to. Go for a walk. Stay away from the person making you angry. Remember, people don’t have to forgive you for you anger. It’s up to you to control yourself.
