How to Choose a Mantra?

A mantra is a syllable, word, or phrase that is said to transform a certain aspect of you life. When choosing a mantra, think about what you are struggling with and choose something that decreases the problem. For example, I always feel like I’ve taken on too many activities and don’t have enough time to myself. I would choose a mantra like, ‘Breathe, relax’ or ‘One step at a time’.
