The best, fastest, and easiest way to can peppers is to pickle them. First begin by washing and drying out your hot peppers or whatever peppers you desire to can. Next, place them whole and un cut onto a cookie sheet without covering them to dry. Before you begin the actual canning process, make sure that your jars are completely sterilized. Then, put your hot peppers into the jar either whole or cutting them up into bite sized pieces. The next step is to heat white vinegar and boil it with a little bit of salt. Pour this mixture of boiled vinegar and salt over your peppers up to about one quarter of an inch from the top. Place the lids onto the jars tightly and listen for the caps to seal completely before storing.
