There are some simple things you can do to build up your white blood cell count. Just by adding to taking away things from your diet could be enough to make a difference. You’ll want to stay away from processed foods, white rice, white breads, caffiene, alcohol and margarine, just to name a few. Try adding broccoli, yogurt and fresh fruits and other vegetables. Check with your doctor for al ist of diet do’s and dont’s if you think your willpower is strong enough to not fill that occasional sweet tooth. Something maybe a little easier, would be to just take a multivitamin every day. If you’re good at remembering to take pills every day then maybe this is the way you would want to go.
