To boil shrimp, use a small amount of water in the bottom of a sauce pan. Use just enough to cover about 1/2 inch over the top of the shrimp. Adding a little seasoning will help flavor your shrimp. Just as the shrimp start to rise to the surface of the water, check the coloring to make sure they’ve turned pinkish/red, and then remove from the pan. Do not overcook your shrimp, for this can make for some tough and dry meat.
