Salmon filets will take anywhere from 15 to 20 minutes on the grill. After seasoning, or marinating, place the filet skin side up on a medium heat grill for about 5 minutes. Then turn and continue to grill skin side down. I keep the skin on the fish to protect it while it is grilling. I comes off easily when it is done. To check for doneness take a fork and see if the meat of the fish flakes easily.
