Deep frying a Turkey can be dangerous. To do it, get a deep fryer made for turkey frying. They are huge and hold 5 gallons or more of oil. Read the directions and set the fryer up out doors, on flat ground and not near anything flammable. Heat the oil to 325 F to 350 F, but not any higher.
