How Long Should a Baby Sleep?

This really depends on your baby. Most newborns sleep around 16-18 hours a day. This doesn’t last long. As babies get a little older, sleep patterns change and they get on a sleep schedule. Around 6 months your baby may sleep 2-4 hrs during naps and around 6 hrs at night. Again, this really is all going to depend on your baby. Some babies sleep longer, some sleep less.
