How Long do I Boil An Egg for?

I don’t actually boil my eggs. In order to make the perfect hard boiled egg (without that green skin around the yolk), I place a single layer of eggs into a pot, and cover them until there is at least an inch of cold water above the eggs. Bring the water to a boil, remove it from the heat, cover, and allow to sit for 14 minutes. Drain, and you will have the perfect hard boiled eggs.
