How Long do I Bake Chicken Legs?

Chicken legs, and thighs, will take 25 to 35 minutes for 2 to 2 1/2 pounds of chicken. Legs can be cooked in the broiler of the oven. Just place them in a shallow pan and place in a preheated oven. Make sure rack is about 5 inches from the broiler. Chicken should be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
