How is Christmas Celebrated in Greece?

Christmas celebrations in Greece last for a full month beginning on December 6, Saint Nicolas Day and ending on January 6, which is Epiphany Day. As is done in the West, there is the traditional shopping, caroling and decorations across Greece. One of the highlights is the feast which often includes roasted pork and lamb, along with the ‘christopsomo’ or Christ bread, which is a spicy golden bread. Look here for more information:
