Bread may be made by hand or using a bread machine. You will need the ingredients mainly flour, salt, butter, yeast, sugar and milk or water for plain bread. The ingredients are combined and kneaded on a flour surface into dough. Afterwards, the dough is covered and set aside to rise. The dough is then cut into smaller pieces and shaped into the loaf pan for baking in a preheated over according to the temperature and baking time outlined in the recipe. As soon as the bread is finished baking, place on a rack to for cooling, before use.
