How do You Write a Business Letter?

Place your name and address at the top left and under it, after a few spaces/lines, place the name and address of the company you are writing to, and include all of the particulars ( name,address,phone,fax,etc.). Under the addresses, add a few more spaces and put in the date of the letter. Under date, and a few more spaces, put in your salutation ( Mr./Mrs. ), then add a few more spaces and insert the content of the letter. At the bottom, end your letter with ‘Sincerely’ or ‘Respectfully’, etc., and under that, after allowing space for your signature, insert your name. Sign the letter above your name and below ‘Sincerely’. And, make sure the content of the letter is in the middle of the page.
