How do You Toast Pumpkin Seeds?

To toast pumpkin seeds, first you must clean off all the pulp, then soak them over night in a salt water solution. Rinse them under water, toss in oil and season them with anything from plain salt, to a Cajun seasoning, or even chili powder. Place them onto a cookie sheet and let them toast in a 350 degree oven until they are browned but not burned, usually 30-40 minutes, tossing occasionally. Remove from oven, let cool and enjoy this fall season treat.
