How do You Skin a Deer?

I start by hanging my deer by the back legs. Cut the skin around the joint of the back leg. Be sure not to cut the tendon that the deer is hanging by or it will fall to the ground. Slit the skin from the knee of the back leg down to the genitals, and repeat on the other side. You can then just start pulling on the hide. Most of it will peel off, but if you get hung up you can use a knife to restart. You can find more information here:
