How do You Roast Sunflower Seeds?

Pour raw sunflower seeds into a colander, rinse, then stir 1/4 cup salt into 2 quarts of water, make sure the seeds are completely covered. Drain and rinse the seeds, pat the seeds dry, spread onto a baking sheet. Preheat oven to 300 degrees, roast seeds for 10 minutes. When the seeds are done allow to cool.
