How do You Right Click on a Mac?

The equivalent of a PCs right click on an older Mac is to hold down the mouse button for an extra second or two or hold the ctrl key on the keyboard while clicking. On newer Macs, the Mighty Mouse comes to the rescue! It can be configured for right clicking, among other helpful things.
