How do You Make Truffles?

Ingredients of truffles include bittersweet chocolate, heavy cream, vanilla extract and cocoa powder. You would cut up the chocolate and heat up the cream. Once that is done, pour the heated cream over the chocolate in a bowl. Mix the ingredients together and then add the vanilla and still again. Put some saran wrap over the bowl and chill the mixture for a while. Once it has been chilled, you can start making chocolate balls and roll them into the cocoa powder.
