Making stuffed green peppers is easy. You want to get 4 to 6 medium sized peppers. Remove the tops and gut the pepper. On the stove, brown 1 lb ground beef and 3 cups white or whole grain rice. Drain meat and mix with rice. Add 1 can tomato paste and a squirt or two of ketchup. Season as you like. Stuff each pepper with mixture and top with cheese. Provolone slices melt nicely over the peppers. Enjoy!
