The first step in making stuffed cabbage is to lightly blanch your head of cabbage. You want the leaves to be pliable but not fully cooked. Prepare a mixture of hamburger, rice, and seasonings. Carefully pull off a cabbage leaf, and roll the hamburger mixture up in the leaf and secure with a tooth pick. Place your cabbage rolls into a greased baking pan and cover with tomato sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour, or until the hamburger mixture is fully cooked.
