An easy recipe for Salisbury Steak is to take 1/2 lb. lean ground beef and mix it with 1 egg, 1/4 cup milk, 1/4 cup dry break cumbs, and half a package of brown gravy mix. Sprinkle with dried minced onion, or fresh onion if you like. Make two patties with mixture and broil 3 to 4 inches from the heat for 6 to 7 minutes. Take remaining brown gravy mix and stir in 1/2 cup of water and a little mustard. Bring to boil and stir until thick. Pour over patties.
