How do You Make Roasted Pumpkin Seeds?

Preheat your oven to 250 degrees. Wash your pumpkin seeds off to make sure there is no more pulp left on them. Dry the pumpkin seeds completely. Now, in a large pan sautee the pumpkin seeds in about 2 tablespoons or so of butter and 1 teaspoon of salt. Keep stirring them for about 3 minutes to make sure they are covered in the butter/salt mixture. Now spread the seeds on a baking sheet and bake for about 30 to 45 minutes. Let the pumpkin seeds cool and enjoy.
