Homemade ravioli is a very good dish. You are going to start out with some dough. Any recipe will be fine. Start by rolling out the dough to get it flat. About a centimeter thick is good. Then you are going to take some cooked meat, or cheese–whatever you want to fill it with, and put about a tablespoon sized scoop on the dough. Lay them in a line about two or thee inches apart. Then, you are going to fold the dough over the top of the scoops you just laid down, and then take a crimper and crimp out the ravioli. Freeze the ravioli when you are done and boil them until they float!
