The best peach cobbler starts with Georgia peaches. Slice 4 of them up and sprinkle with lemon juice and about about a half cup of sugar. For the yunny cobbler, melt a stick of butter in a baking dish. Combine a cup of self-rising flour, a cup of sugar, a little cinnamon, and a cup of milk and mix. Pour over the melted butter, then pour the Georgia peaches over the batter. Don’t mix! Bake at 350 for 55 minutes. Serve warm with a little ice cream.
