Start with these following ingredients…1 tsp cooking oil, 1 cup of white long rice, 2 tsp of chicken, bouillon, 1 8oz can of tomato sauce, 1 clove of garlic, 2 cups of water, add salt to taste. Simply follow these instructions for delicious Mexican rice.Wash rice until water becomes a bit clear and drain. Leave on drainer and heat oil in a medium sauce pan on high heat. Fry the clove of garlic for about 30 seconds until golden. Add drained rice onto oil and stir fry until golden brown (approx. 5 min.) and then add 2 cups of hot water bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Stir in the chicken bouillon, tomato sauce and salt. Let it cook for about 8-10 min. Turn off heat and let it stand for about 5 min. to get that fluffy look (do not uncover). It’s ready to eat!!
