To make Mexican flan, cook sugar just until it melts, then pour into your baking pan. In a blender, combine eggs, vanilla extract, salt, media crema, evaporated milk and condensed milk. Pour over sugar in baking pan and cook in water bath at 350 for an hour. Let cool at least an hour before inverting onto dish, then cool for a couple hours more before serving.
