The way you make meatballs for spaghetti is almost like making meatloaf. Take your ground beef (or turkey if you like) and add garlic, seasoned salt, black pepper and about 2 eggs per 1 pound of meat. Also add italian bread crumbs to the meat and mix it up with your hands. You want the meat to be moist but not too wet. Then all you have to do is make the meatballs and either put them in the pan and cook or in the oven on a cookie sheet until they are done through. If you are using turkey you will need a little oil in the pan if you are frying or spray a little pam on the cookie sheet.
