How do You Make Grits?

Grits are a southern favorite meal that can be eaten any time of day. Bring 2 cups water to boil. Add 1/4 teaspoon salt. Slowly add in 1/2 cup quick-cooking grits. Stir, reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes. Serve with a pat of butter. For a variety, add cheese, sausage or bacon. Enjoy!
