You will need 3 cups of plain yogurt, 3/4 cup of white sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and an ice cream maker. Mix yogurt, sugar and vanilla extract in a large bowl and stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Remove the bowl from the fridge and transfer the yogurt to an ice cream maker. Place the ice cream maker in the freezer and freeze the yogurt as long as required.
