Heat 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil in a skillet. Add approximately 1/2 to 1 tsp. of flour (you can add more later if needed), cook until lightly brown. Add about 1/4 cup of chili powder and heat as you add 2 cups chicken broth. Salt to taste. For spicier sauce add more chili powder.
