For Dijon Mustard you’ll need 1 cup of onion, 2 garlic cloves, 2 tbsp honey, 4 oz dry mustard, 1 tbsp, vegetable oil, 2 cups of dry white wine, and 2 tsp salt. In a saucepan heat garlic, wine and onion and bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. pour into a bowl and allow to cool. put dry mustard into the saucepan and strain the wine mixture back into the pan removing the garlic and onion. add salt and honey and simmer until mixture thickens. remove from heat and cool. put mustard into a glass or plastic jar. Your mustard is ready to use or you can let its flavor in enhance for 2 days in the fridg before use.
