Corned Beef and Cabbage! One of my favorites. First I cook my corned beef separately, in a large pot or dutch oven. I cook the meat in water, the seasoning that usually comes with the corned beef, I add seasoning as well i.e. salt,pepper, and let cook until it;s nice and tender with meat coming apart.In the mean time I like to steam my cabbage using butter, a little salt, a little pepper until nice and tender also. Then I combine the two. Delicious!
