How do You Make Coleslaw?

Shred some green cabbage and carrots together in a large bowl, add some chopped green onions (add as much or little to your taste). In a smaller bowl you will want to mix together 1 cup of mayonnaise, 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp. of salt, 1 tsp. of black pepper, 1 tsp. of prepared mustard and 1/4 cup of sugar to make the dressing. Once this is all mixed together, pour it over the vegetables and mix until they are all coated with the dressing. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. This is a basic coleslaw you can always add or take away to make it your own.
