How do You Make Chocolate Mousse?

To make chocolate mousse you need: four egg yolks, 1/4 cup of sugar, one cup of heavy whipping cream, six ounces of chocolate chips, and an additional cup and a half of heavy whipping cream. First whip the egg yolks until creamy, gradually adding the sugar, heat one cup of the heavt whipping cream until hot, stir into the egg mixture slowly while stirring, cook this over the stove for five minutes, add chocolate chips. Refrigerate this mixture for two hours, take the remaining whipping cream and whip until thick, stir in the refrigerated mixture until well blended, serve immediately.
