Making chicken Marsala can be easy & turn out delicious. First cook your chicken breasts. You can pound them thin for quicker cooking if you like. When they are just about cooked through add sliced fresh mushrooms and chicken broth with a small amount of Marsala wine and add a thickener, such as flour or corn starch. Cook until the sauce is thickened & the chicken is cooked through.
