Alfredo sauce is very easy to make. You will need two half pints of heavy whipping cream, a stick of butter and about 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese. Melt the butter in the whipping cream on the stove. Once melted add the Parmesan cheese and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Then let the sauce simmer for about 5 minutes, stir often. As the sauce cools, it will thicken.
