How do You Make a Poached Egg?

The easiest way to make a poached egg is in an egg cooker. If you don’t have an egg cooker, bring a small amount of water to a rolling boil in a sauce pan. Crack your egg being careful to not break the yolk, then drop the egg into the boiler water. Continue to cook until the egg white becomes solidified, then using a slotted spoon, scoop the egg out of the water, allow to drain, and serve.
