In a shaker combine 6 oz of vodka, a dash of dry vermouth and 1 oz of brine from an olive jar. Pour in some ice. Shake. Strain the liquid into a glass and garnish with olives. If you don’t know what olive brine is, it is the juice that is left in the olive jar. There is a product out there called Dirty Sue. It is twice filtered olive brine and can be purchased at most liquor stores.
