To make hard boiled eggs, you place five to six eggs in a saucepan. You are then going to add enough water to give about a inch of water between the eggs and the water. You then turn the burner to high heat and bring to a boil. Once the water is boiling, reduce the temperature to low heat and do not cover. After about 10-15 minutes you are going to drain the water. You then run cold water over the top of the cooked eggs. You then dry off the eggs and place them in a container in the refrigerator or serve immediately.
