Well first you have to figure out is it from over exercising or something else. We tend to over do it when we are working out. When your muscles are sore from working out, try taking it easy for a day, then start back up, but take it slow by walking or light jogging. That actually help those sore muscles and if that doesn’t work a muscle rub should do the trick. Try soaking in the tub with some Epsom salt.
